What is Binho? The Fast, Fun Game Taking Over at The Igloo!

What is a Binho? A Beginner’s Guide for Michigan Players 🥅⛹️‍♂️
Learn the game you’ve seen at The Igloo and discover why it’s becoming a national craze.

Binho (pronounced “BEE-nyo”) is a fast-paced tabletop soccer game that exploded in popularity because of social media and bar-night culture. Think mini-foosball meets finger-flick soccer. Players flick a small ball across a wooden field, trying to score goals past tiny defenders and a small slot-style net.

⚽ It’s simple, addictive, competitive, and perfect for groups!

If you’ve ever walked into The Igloo Cannabis Store in Big Rapids and wondered what that miniature soccer field with the tiny ball and pegs is all about, you’re not alone. Our crew introduced BINHO earlier this year and it instantly became one of the most asked-about games in the shop. Think of it as a mix between finger-flick skill, precision angles, and fast-paced tabletop fun — easy enough for anyone to learn, but competitive enough that you’ll immediately want a rematch.

BINHO started as a handcrafted tabletop soccer game created by a small independent maker. Every board features a full pitch layout, defensive pegs, two goals, and a micro-sized soccer ball. The rules are simple: flick the ball across the field, bounce it between pegs, and score on your opponent. It’s quick, addictive, and only requires one thing — your best flick.

How to Play BINHO (Quick Igloo Tutorial)
  1. Set up the board
Each side has defensive pegs and a goal. Sit across from your opponent and place the ball at midfield.

  2. Choose who kicks off
    Rock-paper-scissors works just fine.

  3. Flick to advance
Just like soccer, the objective is to move up the field, outmaneuver defensive pegs, and get into scoring position. You flick with one finger. No pushing, sweeping, or guiding.

  4. Score a goal
A clean flick straight into the goal counts. Watch the ricochets — they’re part of the strategy.

  5. First to seven wins
Quick, clean, and competitive. Perfect for tournaments or casual play.

BINHO Fits the Igloo Vibe

We love games that bring people together, especially ones that blend skill with a little good-natured trash talk. BINHO became an instant favorite because it’s fast, it’s fun, and it turns total newcomers into confident players in minutes. It also makes those Igloo winter nights a little warmer when you’re surrounded by laughter and competition.

If you haven’t tried it yet, we’ll show you how. And if you’re already hooked… welcome to the club!

🧊 See you at The Igloo! 🧊
