3.3. Usage and Transportation

- Cannabis products must remain sealed during transport
- No consumption on premises or in public spaces
- Transportation across state lines is strictly prohibited

- Valid medical marijuana card required for medical purchases

4. Product Information and Safety

4.2. Product Storage and Handling

5. Sales (Purchase and Returns)
5.1. All cannabis product sales are final.
5.2. No refunds or exchanges are permitted unless truly justifiable reason is presented, then at our discretion.
5.3. Non-cannabis items such as accessories may be eligible for exchange within 7 days if they are defective or unused in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
5.4. Opened cannabis products cannot be returned under any circumstances due to Michigan state regulations.
5.5. If you believe a cannabis product is defective, let us know so we can find a solution.
5.6. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange at our discretion.
5.7. All cannabis sales are final and require valid, government-issued identification.
5.8. Customers must be 21+ years old for recreational purchases.
5.9. Daily purchase limits apply as per Michigan state cannabis regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring they do not exceed their legal possession limits.
5.10. We reserve the right to refuse sales to any individual at our discretion, including those suspected of making purchases for minors or illegal redistribution.
5.11. All advertised prices are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable taxes.
5.12. Cannabis products are intended for personal use only and cannot be resold or transferred to others.
5.13. It is illegal to transport cannabis across state lines, even if cannabis is legal in the destination state.
6. Loyalty Program (Frosty Friends)
5.1. Our loyalty program is free to join and open to customers aged 21+
5.2. Points earned through purchases have no cash value and are non-transferable.
5.3. Discounts and rewards may not be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.
5.4. Misuse, fraud, or violation of program terms may result in loss of points and/or account termination.
5.5. Igloo Cannabis Store reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
5.6. Participation in the loyalty program signifies acceptance of all terms and conditions.
7. Intellectual Property

11. Delivery and Pickup Services

- No deliveries to public places, schools, or federal property

11.2. Pickup Orders

14, Behavior (Store Rules & Code of Conduct)
- Consumption of cannabis or any cannabis products on store premises, including the parking lot, is strictly prohibited.
- Public intoxication is not permitted. Customers who appear impaired may be refused service.
- Aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behavior toward staff or other customers will not be tolerated and may result in permanent expulsion from the store.
- Any attempt to purchase on behalf of a minor or provide false identification will result in immediate denial of service and potential legal consequences.
- Customers must follow all store policies and staff instructions while inside the store.
- Loitering is prohibited. Please complete your purchase and exit the premises in a timely manner.
Unauthorized photography, video recording, or live streaming inside the store is not allowed.
