How to Place a Delivery Order
Do you offer Delivery Orders?
Yes! We offer safe, discreet, and legal cannabis delivery to select areas in Michigan. Check our Dutchie menu to see if your address is eligible.
- Place your order online through our Dutchie Menu.
- Choose Delivery at checkout.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to schedule a time and place.
- Name and location must match your ID (no hotels etc)
- A valid government-issued ID (21+) and payment are required upon drop-off.
- Kick back while we bring the frost to your door. ❄️
The minimum purchase for delivery is $49 before taxes.
When you checkout you'll see which hours are available for which day.
Typical hours of availability for delivery are:
- 9AM to 9PM Monday — Friday
- 10AM to 6PM Saturday
- 1PM to 5PM Sunday
For in-store and delivery payments we accept:
- Cash (exact change preferred, driver carries limited cash)
- Debit Cards (processed as a cashless ATM transaction)
Yes. Michigan law requires in-person delivery to the person who placed the order. You must have a valid 21+ ID matching the order.
No. The person placing the order must be the one to accept it, with matching ID. The address must also match. (no hotels, etc)
Absolutely! Our drivers appreciate the love. 💙 Tipping in cash is encouraged.
If you miss your delivery, we’ll try to contact you. If we can’t reach you within 20 minutes, the order will be canceled. (a restocking fee may apply)
How to Place a Pick-up / Curbside Order
How does pickup work?
- Order online through our Dutchie Menu.
- Choose Pickup at checkout.
- We’ll notify you when it’s ready—usually within 20 to 30 minutes.
- Come inside to pay and get your order.
- Place your order as usual, selecting Pickup.
- When you arrive, park in the designated curbside spot.
- Call or text our phone number with your name and order number.
- A budtender will bring your order out after verifying your ID and payment.
- A valid, government-issued ID (must be 21+).
- Payment (Cash, Debit Card)
We’ll hold your order until end of the business day. After that, it’ll be restocked, and you may need to reorder.
If you need to adjust or cancel your order, call us via our phone number ASAP. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before it’s packed.
General Igloo Store Rules
Anyone 21+ with a valid government-issued ID can purchase recreational cannabis in Michigan. No medical card is required for adult-use sales.
Michigan law allows you to purchase up to:
- 2.5 ounces (70 grams) of cannabis flower per transaction
- 15 grams of concentrate per transaction
- Edibles & other products equivalent to these limits
For health and safety reasons, all sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, let us know immediately—we’ll make it right.
Nope. Michigan law prohibits consumption inside dispensaries or in public spaces. Take it home, spark up responsibly, and enjoy.
