How to Place a Pick-up / Curbside Order
How does pickup work?
- Order online through our Dutchie Menu.
- Choose Pickup at checkout.
- We’ll notify you when it’s ready—usually within 20 to 30 minutes.
- Come inside to pay and get your order.
- Place your order as usual, selecting Pickup.
- When you arrive, park in the designated curbside spot.
- Call or text our phone number with your name and order number.
- A budtender will bring your order out after verifying your ID and payment.
- A valid, government-issued ID (must be 21+).
- Payment (Cash, Debit Card)
We’ll hold your order until end of the business day. After that, it’ll be restocked, and you may need to reorder.
If you need to adjust or cancel your order, call us via our phone number ASAP. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before it’s packed.
General Igloo Store Rules
Anyone 21+ with a valid government-issued ID can purchase recreational cannabis in Michigan. No medical card is required for adult-use sales.
Michigan law allows you to purchase up to:
- 2.5 ounces (70 grams) of cannabis flower per transaction
- 15 grams of concentrate per transaction
- Edibles & other products equivalent to these limits
For health and safety reasons, all sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, let us know immediately—we’ll make it right.
